This week during rehearsal we worked on our scripts but we also played around with it and did some improvisation techniques to help us get to know about scene more and interpret it in different ways. We did a improvisation game where we was given a topic and had to create and mini story about it based with around character.
how it worked was that someone would go in the middle on stage and sat down and they were given a topic which was out of three options which were he would go for vacation , favorite food or favorite pastime. For example when Jamie went up his topic was his chosen vacation and he talked about his favorite vacation in character and put in a story about his character from the play which was interesting and made it more realistic.
